All of my Professional Experience prepared me to be a Life Coach and a Consultant.

As bizarre as that may sound let me explain…

My Vision Statement  is that everyone can, and deserves,  to live a happy, fulfilled and meaningful life as defined by them.

Mission Statement: to help people using both traditional and non-traditional Life Coaching, Business Coaching, Executive Coaching and Mentoring techniques  to  understand, not just what they want in their life  but to also help them understand what holds them back from attaining their goals and work with them to resolve those issues in all the areas of their lives…

In the earlier years of my professional experience, I was an executive at large multi-national corporations. For the last 3 decades, my professional experience has been as an entrepreneur building companies and products from inception, a vision, an idea,and turn them  into a reality.  The vision has always been to transform products, processes, and people into a, Customer Centered organizations. Whether that was building equipment for the Broadband industry, or the Music Industry it did not matter the vision was the same….the Client.

I have always impressed upon everyone in my organization that the two most important concepts to understand is:

  • The needs of the Customer and why?
  • Understanding your needs, in all three spheres of your life.

Once you understand these two basic principles you can and will transform your life both personally and professionally into the life you want it to be.

The definition of “A Customer” in this instance is anyone you are trying to work with. It may  be a client, a wife, a co-worker, a friend, one of your children…virtually anyone…..

Once you understand these basic principles you will begin to transform your life.

Helping my staff for 25 years  understand their needs and how to meet them through their career, not just monetary needs but their needs hierarchy has been a priority with me for my whole career.  This is the definition of Life Coaching/ Business Coaching.

You see, I have always been a Life Coach even prior to Formal Education at The RMT Center as a Strategic Intervention Coach or Life Coach. The skills I practiced and honed over my Professional Experience and career have prepared me, helped me, to be successful… and I can help you too..

My Wife Yhali and I are both trained Strategic Intervention Coaches and Life Coaches. I am  also a Certified Law of Attraction Practitioner not to mention having a career in Global 100 companies and as a highly successful Entrepreneur in electronics manufacturing in the Broadband Telcomm Industry and the Music Industry. My wife Yhali also an Entrepreneur in her own right brings a very special set of skills and tools to help you, especially in the area of Family Aand  Relationships.
